All Docly users: We store your following information:

                    For security reasons we also store the IP-address used for ordering, administrating and the use of our services.
                    We may use this information for:
                    • Showing relevant advertisements

                        • To get in touch with you regarding critical updates, violations on GDPR or similar
                          • Sending you emails regarding our services, upcoming changes, new features or similar
                            We track your user sessions with cookies.
                            The Docly platform uses your web browsers local storage to store session information on your computer.

                            DOPS AS is responsible for processing personal information that is made in connection with visits to our website or ordering or managing our products and services, and by contacting us.

                            DOPS is obligated to delete or change incorrect personal data. Incorrect or inadequate personal data may be collected from third party information services such as official business catalogs or other sources.

                            Personal data is collected in order for DOPS to deliver the products and services that we are obligated to according to law, regulations and/or agreement/contract.
                            Processing of personal data is done within the framework of current legislation and regulations.

                            Personal data may be distributes to third party companies that DOPS cooperates with (both inside and outside the EEA and EU area) in order for us to perform the tasks and services we are required to perform in accordance with law, regulation and / or agreement, and according to this privacy policy.

                            If there is a statutory duty of disclosure to the public authority, registered personal data will be handed over in accordance with the authorities' requirements.

                            Sto­rage and de­letio­n

                            Information that is no longer required for the purpose for which they are stored will be deleted continuously by DOPS.

                            DOPS stores personal information about customers according to current legislation. When you delete or terminate services, any personal information, primarily your contact information, order and invoice history, and copy of correspondence will remain in our registry to the extent necessary to protect legal or regulatory requirements.

                            None of our services require you to provide sensitive or confidential personal information. The registration of such personal information in our systems is not permitted and shall not be disclosed to DOPS under any circumstances.

                            Third par­ty func­tio­na­li­ty

                            Solutions developed in the Docly platform include in some cases third party features, services, apps, and links, from other vendors and websites where privacy practices may differ from ours. These third-party features can collect your IP address, which page you visit on the site, and can save a cookie so that third-party features work properly.

                            Third party features can also collect sensitive information, such as financial information (credit cards) to expel purchases of products or services.

                            If you submit personal information to any of these sites, this information is subject to their privacy policy. We therefore encourage you to read carefully the privacy policy of all web pages you visit before you submit personal information.

                            Com­muni­ca­tion with the Doc­ly Tea­m

                            When you contact the Docly team, we may keep a record of your communication to help solve any issues you might be facing. We may use your email address to inform you about our services, such as letting you know about upcoming changes or improvements.
                            We processe your information on our servers in many countries around the world (in and outside of the EU). We may process any of this information on a server located outside the country where you live.
                            We will ask for your consent before using information for a purpose other than those that are set out in this Privacy Policy.


                            All users agree that DOPS reserves the right to make changes to the Privacy policy on a continuous basis. We will not reduce your rights under this Privacy Policy without your explicit consent. We will post any privacy policy changes on this page and, if the changes are significant, we will provide a more prominent notice (including, for certain services, email notification of privacy policy changes).
